In last month's newsletter (Feeling the love) we spoke about responsiveness being the #1 complaint we receive from renters on Bookabach. Several owners/managers got back to us and commented that renters where notoriously bad at responding too! While it's a valid point we think this is partly caused by uncertainty around when a response will be received....
