Barry & Lesley offer a professional, friendly service to enable guests to source their specific holiday home by working with them and the property owners. We provide a selection of Qualmark Endorsed, Executive/Luxury, Family Accommodation and Bed and Breakfast options that cater for those who seek peace of mind at holiday time.

Bay of Islands Holiday Accommodation offers a professional property management service, we manage all aspects of bookings, meeting guests on arrival and departure, cleaning, linen hire, and food provisions if required. We offer owners and guests Peace of Mind with our full and comprehensive maintenance and management of all properties, full reports are provided on a monthly basis for all income and expenses. Lesley comes from a background of 20 plus year of Sales and Marketing, Hospitality and Real Estate. Barry is a qualified joiner/carpenter and has worked in the building industry for over 40 years of which 19 plus years have been at a senior management level. For 4 1/2 years Lesley and Barry jointly managed a luxury lodge in Russell. We are fully financial members of the Independent Property Managers Association and follow their Code of Ethics.
