[1] Performance Plan requires an account activation deposit of $99.  This becomes a non-refundable credit on your account to be used against future confirmed bookings (success fees).  The base level (minimum) success fee is $11 per night of stay (GST inclusive).

[2] If you are a Licensed Real Estate Agent and a Subscribing Office of Realestate.co.nz and have Subscription Plan listings we can add these to the Realestate.co.nz website. Contact us for more information.

[3] On Performance Plan you can increase your per-night success fee to increase your score and raise your ranking on Bookabach.

[4] AA Smartfuel baseline incentive is offered on Top Performing properties.  These are the top-500 Performance Plan properties based on success-fee spend over the past 12 months.  Any additional AA Smartfuel marketing we do is aimed primarily at driving bookings on Performance Plan properties.
